The LEVEL CRANK GORILLER is a powerful crankbait that aggressively pushes off water.


The crankbait excels in cover cranking scenarios where the lure can be diminished in cover, discolored water, and choppy conditions created by wind and waves. The lure has a strong presence even in such conditions.


The tungsten weight is all placed in the stomach which provides the base for a fairly strong wobbling action. Using a medium class baitcasting rod on 16lb fluorocarbon, a full cast and medium to fast retrieve will put the bait down in the 1.8~2m range. Depending on rod position and slower retrieve, a trace along the shallow range is possible. This versatility in range is one of the strengths of the GORILLER.


※ Regardless if it is a crankbait or not, a low gear reel is recommended for fast-moving baits. By using a low gear reel, the bait moves smoothly through water for a “reel-in that doesn’t pull too hard on the bait”, resulting in more bites.

As mentioned earlier, the GORILLER’s tungsten weight is placed all around the front hook hanger which acts as the base for its movement. The front hook hanger itself is the base, so the front hook hides behind the body and remains stable. Hookup ratio increases because of this construction. The lip and body act as a shield for the front hook to avoid snagging on obstacles. We hope you feel the brilliance of its snag-less ability.

※ The front hook hanger is an eyebolt that goes through the tungsten weight in the body. Out of its package, it has sufficient strength, so please avoid pushing or pulling the eyebolt. This may result in twisting off the body’s resin and severely compromising its strength. Please do not tighten this area after receiving your shipment.

※ Please tune your lure if it swims slightly left or right. Looking straight at it, if it swims left, slowly adjust the line eye to the right. If it swims right, turn the eye left. When bending the line eye, use plyers and turn it little by little.
